The financial world is slowly recovering from the destabilising effects of the global meltdown. We have witnessed positive indications of recovery recently in some advanced countries experiencing growth and relative stability. It is therefore expedient to reinforce the growth through sound ethical behaviors. What is paramount at this juncture is to concentrate efforts in strenghtening the trust pillars of financial systems, especially those of developing countries.“ The global economic recovery would require a complete restoration of trust and confidence in the financial services sector to stabilize. As custodians of trust, we must be honest and transparent in all we do to better our society.” O. Paul Andrew
