AME&T Group S.A was established in 2003 post acquisition of Coranada S.A in early 2002 by O. Paul Andrew. By the first quarter of 2003 a complete restructuring was done and a rebranding process commenced. Main activity was consulting in the field of energy and telecommunications.
Till date, AME&T Group has re-aligned its core services to include global enterprise management, financial advisory and investment management activities.

- 1997 - Company was incorporated as CORANADA S.A
- 2003 - CORANADA S.A was acquired 100% and company rebranded to AME&T Group S.A
- 2004 - A group of Swiss investors acquired stakes in AME&T S.A, Alexandre Rado joined the board of AME&T Group.
