I consider it a pleasure and a privilege to be responsible for training activities in the AME&T Group. Most of my professional career has been spent in the field of management development, and I have taken great personal satisfaction in helping individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential. I now have the added satisfaction of continuing these activities in an exciting and dynamic part of the world in which the opportunities for growth and development are truly enormous.
It is of course an additional pleasure to work as part of a highly professional and dedicated team. Within the Training Group itself we have assembled an experienced and talented core faculty, which will grow as our activities expand. We are also closely integrated into the overall AME&T Group, and can call upon our colleagues in the Consulting, Investment, Wealth Management and Services activities whenever their special expertise is needed in the training area.
